Max waited for Santa that was in the back of his shop, having a small staff meeting. Happiness was audible in the old man’s voice, short outbursts of laughter between some serious talking. Santa came out of the small meeting and walked towards Max. “Sorry about that.” Santa smiled while opening the double front door. “This time of the year we a bit slow.” “Why?” Max looked on a young lady walk past, smiling at him, “I mean everyone needs their hair to be trimmed.” “You would think that, right.” Santa gave a snort sound, “But end of next week things would start picking up again, every year it’s the same.” “Then why not take a short vacation during off weeks?” Max saw the other 3 barbers sitting down in other chairs with coffee. “Yea, boss.” The one barber gave a short laugh, “Boy got a point there.” “Ha.” Santa snorted again, indicating to Max must come with him, “Guys we see you later, keep the fort.” Santa and Max crossed the street, misty rain wetting their faces, entering the nearest restaurant. There they were greeted and shown to a table way in the back, from there they had a perfect view of the comings and goings in the restaurant. Santa ordered coffee saying they waiting for the rest of his guests to arrive. “I wonder how long they will be?” Santa smiled and looked at Max. “What you think Bear?” “How will they know we here?” Max smiled back at Santa, “My old Teddy Bear?” “I left a note behind Willie’s door.” Santa gave a confused look, “I could swear I heard a third voice in the room.” “So, I was not going nuts.” Max grinned, “I could swear that I saw someone on the phone, you know, getting frisky with himself. Why you call me bear, I don’t have lots of hair.” “Must have been Victor.” Santa fell silent as the coffee was served, only speaking again after the waiter left, “Those two boys are playing a dangerous game, we’ll have a talk with them,” “Why? Seems like they had a good time.” Max did not push the Bear question again. “Jealousy can be very nasty thing.” Santa smiled, “Have you got your phone with you?” “Yea. Why?” Max took the phone from the front of his hoody, “You wanna check it?” “I am not the jealous kind my little Bear.” Santa wanted to laugh, “I just want you to set up the meeting with your father.” “O, geez, then say so.” Max gave a short laugh, “Must I say we will meet them there at noon?” “Good idea.” Santa looked as Peter and Willie entered the restaurant, “Tell them we will be there just after 12, I told Willie’s father I will drop him at noon.” Max shifted all away around the red cushioned couch, making sure he ends up next to his Teddy Bear. Max opened his phone and typed a message to Charlie. 09:20 We will meet you there just after 12. Hope I did not wake you. Max. Max kept his phone open and passed it to Santa, receiving an odd look from the big man. “I do not want to look at your phone my Bear.” Santa smiled, “I am not the jealous type at all.” “No, not that,” Max gave a playful angry look to Santa, “I will need your number. Teddy Bear.” “O, that.” Santa said shyly, “So sorry.” Santa took the phone and saved his number under Teddy bear, receiving a boyish smile from Max when he returned the phone. “O please stop” Willie gave Peter a playful shove with the elbow “We came for breakfast and the honey dripping from both your lips is just a bit much.” “Yea.” Peter added his 5 cents, “Santa and Max sitting in a tree….” Peter started singing, but Max gave him a kick under the table, “Why you kick me?” “You and your loud mouth.” Max gave a stern look, “It’s a secret thing and you singing for all to hear.” “O yea, sorry.” Peter said shyly. “Santa I was thinking.” Willie started and Santa could see he was a bit uneasy. “Yes?” Santa started, “I sometimes get scared when you think.” “Vic said that I can come to visit the weekend.” Willie looked at Peter, “Vic would like to meet Peter and Max sometime. So, I thought that maybe Vic and I can come around on Saturday, maybe?” “You know my house is your house.” Santa knew what Willie was actually asking. “But I do not know if these two will be able to make it, their mom comes back on Friday and she might have plans for them.” “That is well.” Willie was disappointed, “Why must everything be so complicated?” “But let us wait and see,” Santa wanted to laugh at Willie’s face. “But I bet that Vic wants to meet the friends he had to share his boyfriend with.” “He started it.” Willie said fast, “Ask Peter here, I was not cheating on him.” “I know.” Max grinned “I saw him over the phone, well a part of him.” “You saw him?” Willie look surprised “See Santa, Vic was involved. I never cheat on anyone.” “I know Willie.” Santa could only smile. “I was only teasing you,” Max watched as the two were talking, drawing Peter’s attention to them. Max liked how open and honest the two was, not getting angry at each other even if they disagree on a matter. He thought back to last night, where Willie told Peter that he still loved Santa very much even if he was a bit angry at him. On how Santa told him the truth, yet protecting him still by not telling sakarya escort the whole truth, but never did he lie once to Willie. Max’s phone vibrated and he took it from his hoody and read the message while Santa ordered each a full English breakfast. 09:48 I woke daddy and he say he cool with that. We in bungalow 26. He very excited to see you, I am too. We will drive back tonight again. Chat latter, Charlie “My dad said they’re in bungalow 26.” Max said while pocketing his phone, “Must you really go home today, Willie?” “Yip.” Willie looked at Peter who was looking at a girl sitting in the front of the restaurant. “You like her?” Peter did not answer, he was captivated by the girl. “Peter!” Max waved his hand in front of his brother’s eyes, “Its rude to stare.” “Then she must not look so beautiful.” Peter slapped his brother’s hand away “Why is she alone? Where are her parents?” “Her name is Lilly.” Willie answered. “Her mother owns this place and she comes to have breakfast here every morning when there is no school.” “Look at the sun playing on her long hair.” Peter said dreamily. “What sun dummy?” Max laughed. “It’s rainy outside, it’s the lights above her that shines on her red hair.” “Whatever.” Peter said looking from Santa, around the table to Willie, “Excuse me please.” “Where you going?” Willie said with a surprised look on his face while getting up so Peter could get from behind the table. “Just going to tell her that I like her.” Peter did not take his eyes of her as he walked, snaking between the empty tables. “I bet you she will give him a slap.” Max grinned, “5 bucks.” “I am in.” Santa giggled, “He will come drooping back in less than a minute.” “I will take both those bets.” Willie smiled, “I saw a side of him this morning, and I am telling you, he can be very romantic.” “What you mean? What did he do?” Santa asked, Max nodding his head wanting to know as well. “Well after we did what we did.” Willie started, “He brought me a box of chocolate with a thank you note on it.” “A what?” Max asked while looked on as Peter sat down opposite the girl with a smile. “Well, look, he’s sitting down with her.” “My box that Tony gave me last Christmas?” Santa asked, “Hope you did not eat it?” “Yip, that box.” Willie answered, “I said nothing and returned it to your room.” The three of them was watching little Peter with hawk eyes, Santa and Max handing over 5 bucks each to Willie, laughing at how wrong they were about little Peter. He was clearly getting along with the little girl, the two of them talking and laughing so much that Santa asked the waiter to give the boy his breakfast at the girl’s table. At the girl’s table. “Look at them,” Peter said laughing. “Wondering on what we talking about.” Lilly with brown eyes and red hair looked over her shoulder at Santa’s table, smiling before she looked back at Peter. “You say it’s Willie idea?” Lilly asked. “Yip.” Peter answered, “Said you owed him one?” “Tell him we’re even now.” Lilly smiled, “So you’re new here?” “Moved in over the weekend.” Peter answered and asked that his breakfast be placed in a doggy bag when it was sent to him, just as Willie told him to do. “And you?” “Grew up here.” Lilly looked at Willie one more time. “I live close to Willie there, know him from the swimming hole.” “Swimming hole?” Peter felt oddly at ease talking to this girl, “How old are you? I am almost 10.” “I am 10.” She answered, “The swimming hole is a small pond in the mountain just outside of town, we all swim there without any bathing suits.” “You say what?” Peter knew exactly what she was saying, just surprised, “Everyone?” “Yip, all of us.” Lilly giggled, “And some other things too,” “Like?” Peter had to ask “You will see.” Lilly had a big grin on her face, “Lean forward so I can give you an example.” Peter leaned forward and was totally surprised when the girl gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. Peter took a glimpse over where his brother was sitting, seeing their surprise at the kiss he just received, feeling a bit excited. Peter adjusted his erection as he sat back down, he was blushing and that made the girl opposite him giggle even more. “You say you live above the barber shop?” Lilly asked with a wicked grin, “Mind if I come visit you?” “I would like that.” Peter said in all honesty, “We can play some games when you come.” “O, we will play games.” She giggled, “But not the kind you thinking about.” “I was not thinking of PlayStation.” Peter now had a grin, “Do you want to play PlayStation then?” “Ahh, you made a new friend.” A well-fed redheaded lady said standing with her hand on her daughter’s shoulders. “Hi, my name is Samantha, what yours?” “Peter.” Peter stood up and greeted the lady with a handshake, remembering the manners his father used to pound in his brain. “They moved in above Santa’s shop.” Lilly hastily answered, scared Peter will say the wrong thing “There is his brother sitting with Santa and Willie” Lilly pointed over her shoulder and her mom gave Santa a wave. “What is this that I hear of PlayStation?” The mother asked. “He invited me to play some over at his place.” Lilly’s face looked all innocent, like butter could melt in her mouth. “Just wanted to tell him that I must ask Mommy first.” “O, did he now?” Her mother laughed, “And he is like what? 9?” “Yes, I am 9.” Peter did not like the mother’s tone of voice. “Mmm, Lilly, what do you think?” Her mom asked. “Do you want to play those darn games at his place?” “Yes, Mommy.” Lilly answered very convincingly. “When, and for how long?” The mother asked. “I don’t know” Peter answered “We hope they will finish with the painting of the place today. We staying over at Santa’s till it finished” “I think it’s okay then.” The mother answered, “What can a 9-year-old do anyway? Once they’re finished, we can talk again. Is that okay, Lilly?” “Yes, Mom.” Lilly replied, “I will start bringing my favorite game with every day. I bet I can beat you at it.” “You sure?” Peter smiled, “Best out of 3?” “Deal.” Lilly grinned picking up on what Peter was actually samsun escort saying. “Kids.” Samantha said walking over to Santa. “I hope you know about secrets.” Lilly stated, “Mommy thinks I’m a little angel, can do nothing wrong.” “You’re funny.” Peter gave a short giggle “I like you a lot.” “And I like you.” Lilly grabbed a napkin, wrote, and handed him the serviette, “Here’s my number, send me a whatsapp.” “I promise.” Peter folded the serviette and placed it in his jean’s pocket. “Come, Mr. lover boy.” Willie said as the threesome walked past Lilly’s table. Peter made sure Lilly’s mother was not looking as he stood from the table, not caring in who else saw him as he leaned over and gave Lilly a quick kiss on the lips. Lilly blushed. Max eyes looked as if it wanted to pop out of his head the way he stared at his brother, walking off with an extra hop in his step. Santa could only laugh, shaking his head while Willie looked back at Lilly. “What just happened?” Max asked Santa, “He even kissed her bye.” “Beats me Bear.” Santa looked at Willie who was clearly still in shock. “Maybe he can tell us more.” “I know nothing.” Willie looked at Peter, “Hey, little bro, what happened? Hear you even have a play date with her.” “I am in love.” Peter’s dimples looked much deeper the way he was smiling. “She is freaking awesome.” “We have noticed.” Max said, “Did you get her number?” “Yes, I did.” Peter showed him the serviette “She lives close to Willie.” “Yea, she does.” Willie said and everyone could see that Peter was floating on cloud nine. “Enough about that.” Santa said wanting that Peter be left alone while feeling what loves does to a person. “We have a hour or so, what you guys want to do?” “I must go pack.” Willie answered, “I wish I could stay a few days more.” “That what you said 6 months ago,” Santa laughed, “and yet here you still are.” “Teddy Bear.” Max started, “I saw something in a movie once and I have an idea for a present for my dad. Can I go buy it?” “I’ll go with you,” Santa smiled, “and you Peter?” “I want to go live with Willie.” Peter was smitten, “Then I can see my Lilly everyday.” “You wish.” Max answered, “Come so we can go get dad his present.” “Can I go help Willie pack?” Peter asked Santa, “My phone is at your house, I want to save her number before I lose it.” “You are nine-years-old, what do you know about love?” Max laughed, “Geez, the kids today.” Santa and Willie burst out laughing, everyone in the street were looking at them. Max felt shy because of all the eyes on them, but his 3 companions couldn’t care less. “Bear, let’s me and you go.” Santa said while collecting himself, “I know Willie will look after Peter and I hope he remembers he has a boyfriend.” “I swear he stated it this morning.” Willie stopped laughing. “We have the same relationship you and Tony had.” “I see that.” Santa was serious, “Just remember, the 3rd party has feelings as well, just remember how cross you were when you found out that I was Tony’s boyfriend and not you?” “I remember.” Willie took Peter’s hand, “Let’s go, I want to hear all about what you and Lilly talked about.” Max looked on as Peter was led across the street, and he had a question, one that Santa maybe able to help him with. Santa did not take his hand and the two started strolling towards the middle of town. Max saw the shop he wanted to go and pointed it out to Santa. Santa had no idea what Max wanted to buy in the sports shop. Santa was stopped at the door by Jean-Pierre, the local tailor. “Hello Santa.” Jean-Pierre greeted in his high, but false French accent, “May I have a word with you?” “Hello JP.” Santa greeted the man on the nickname his mother called him. “This is Max, my new tenant.” “Pleased to meet you Max.” Jean-Pierre greeted. “Please call me Jean-Pierre.” “Please to meet you, Sir.” Max looked at Santa. “Can I go while the two of you talk?” “Please do.” Santa smiled, “And please tell the saleslady to charge it to my account.” “Wow, thanks.” Max said while walking into the shop, not looking back. Max walked between the rows of sporting equipment, not finding what he was looking, till he saw the hiking section was way on the other side of the shop. He made a beeline for it and soon had his father’s present in his hand. He wanted to go pay but then it struck him, he had a new brother that he will meet for the first time as well. He just had to get something for him as well. He had no idea what to get him, he thought on getting chocolates or something, but this is a sports shop and he had no idea if Charlie was allergic for anything, He walked in between the rows and rows of camping and sporting equipment, finding nothing. He gave up in the end and went to pay for the present. “Good morning, lad.” The lady behind the till greeted. “Santa said to just charge it to his account. You new in town?” “Morning, ma’am.” Max saw Santa standing at the entrance of the shop. “Yes we’re new here, moved in over the weekend.” “Welcome to our little town.” The lady had a friendly smile, “This is an odd gift? Does your dad hike often?” “No, no.” Max imagined his dad in a hiking outfit and he grinned. “He only hikes from the car to the house.” “That’s sad.” The lady smiled, “Do you hike?” “Not yet.” Max stated, “But now that we live here, I might as well start.” “Can I wrap it for you?” The lady stood back and gave Max a once over, “I will include a second one for free.” “That will be great. Thank you” Willie was pleased. The saleslady wrapped each of the two small boxes separately with black and gold gift paper before handing them over to Max. “Hope to see you again soon.” The sales lady said before attending to a new costumer. Max gave her a wave and rejoined Santa at the entrance where he was still chatting to the tailor. He stood next to his boyfriend, listening to what the conversation was about. It was over politics and something about the citizens wanted Santa to run for the mayor’s office. Santa declined it a few times. “So, I cannot convince you then?” Jean-Pierre said, “Oh well, I tried.” “Thanks, but no ankara sarışın escort thanks.” Santa gave the man his hand, “I rather enjoy my life as it is.” “I will see the two of you in the morning.” Jean-Pierre said and he shook both Santa and Max’s hands. Max watched the weird and funny man walk a short distance to his own tailor shop before he looked up at Santa, wondering why Santa said no to being mayor. “You found what you were looking for?” Santa asked. “Yes, thank you.” Max gave the old man a hug, “Why will we see Jean-Pierre in the morning?” “I must collect my new Santa suit, one that I ordered 9 months ago.” Santa said looking at his watch. “Let’s go home and get ready for your father.” “Its July, why only getting it now?” Max said walking side by side with Santa towards home “And why a Santa suit when everyone knows you are Santa?” “Yes, they do.” Santa said looking both ways of the street before crossing it, the light misty rain was starting up again, “I was supposed to pick it up just before Christmas, but things were a bit hectic with Willie and Victor in the hospital, then Tony passing, I forgot about it.” “But why do you need the suit?” Max asked opening the front gate “For the last 25 years I have been Santa.” Santa open the front door, “Our town has one big tree over Christmas, so every year all of the town gathers around it at midnight and then I hand out the present for the little ones. I do it at the hospital and the orphanage as well. But my nickname Santa came from long before that. I was born on Christmas day and since I could remember every one called me that.” “Now I see.” Max closed the front door behind them and gave Santa a kiss while standing on his toes, “But to me you are my Teddy Bear.” “O yea.” Santa had a light go off inside of him. “I must still answer your question. Let’s go look for the other two, then I’ll show you.” The pair of love birds walked hand in hand toward Willie’s room, finding Willie’s two suitcases ready, bed made, but no sign of the two. They walked to the kitchen and still no sign, but the sound of laughter came from the boys-room. They followed the sound, only to find Peter sitting on Willie’s lap, his phone in hand. “What did we miss?” Santa said as he and Max entered the room. “Nothing.” Peter giggled. “Only the soppiest love declarations.” Willie answered, “Even worse than the two of you.” “Wow.” Max said looking at his brother, “You’re a bit fast there ” “I am not getting any younger.” Peter giggled, “And she likes what I like.” “And that is?” Max asked. “Sex.” Peter giggled excited, “And she wants to try it with nappies, too.” “You know love cannot be built on sex, right?” Santa was serious. “I am nine-years-old.” Peter giggled, “Not like I am going to marry her.” “I don’t understand.” Max looked at Santa, “How can he like both boys and girls? You’re either gay or not.” “Not always, Bear.” Santa sat down next to Willie, Max pulled onto his lap, the brothers facing each other. “Sometimes a man or a woman can like both sexes. They are called bi-sexual. But I think Peter her is only finding himself.” “Finding himself?” Max asked. “Like you did.” Santa answered, “Or did you know you where gay all the time growing up?” “No.” Max said, “I saw naked girls in mags and daddy’s boy mags. I then realized that I like men and not girls. To see Mommy naked grossed me out.” “But Peter is still finding out for himself.” Santa said, “He has been with you and Willie and I think he liked it, but he will only know once he was with a girl what he really likes” “I loved when the two of you did put it in me” Peter added his five cents “But I want to put mine in there.” Peter said turning his phone around and showed them a picture of Lilly’s vagina. “O, man,” Max pushed the phone away “that’s ugly.” “I agree.” Santa was shocked “Remind me when we back from your father to have a talk about sharing those kinds of photos.” “What’s wrong with it?” Peter asked, “I like it.” “She sent that in private right?” Santa asked, “But yet you showed it to us?” “Yea, she sent it to me saying to show no one.” Peter answered, “But I trust you.” “Did you send one of yours?” Santa asked. “Yes, a hard one.” Peter started, “I asked her to show no one.” “Interesting.” Santa remarked, “But maybe she showed it to her trusted friends, just like you did, now, just maybe some other girls saw your beautiful, hard boner.” “O shit.” Peter looked at Max, “What now?” “Now it’s too late.” Santa said, “I would say not to do it again. Once it’s out there on the web, you have lost control of who sees it and who doesn’t.” “But I only sent it to her.” Peter looked confused, “Who else can see it then?” “Hackers for one.” Santa gave Peter a wink, “And some governments read all these whatsapp and even our emails, and we think its private. But let’s take her photo, If you would send it to those two friends you played baby baby with, and they send it to two of their other friends. Before long, her photo will be seen by millions.” “That’s crazy.” Peter said and watch as Santa took a picture of his own hand, “What you doing?” “Posting it to Facebook.” Santa smiled, “Facebook and whatsapp is almost the same thing. Look it says here, ‘let my hand go around the world.'” “And then?” Max asked. “And tonight, we can see how many times this photo of my hand was seen and even shared.” Santa smiled as he pressed the share icon, “We might think things are private when we share it because we are alone in our rooms, but on the web, nothing is private.” “I think we must go.” Max said when he saw the time on Santa’s watch, “It almost noon already.” “You’re right.” Santa said standing up “Max will you and Peter help Willie to collect his things” “I need to write a short note still for my dad’s present.” Max said, “And can I get a brown paper bag from you as well?” “Sure thing.” Santa said, “The bags are behind the kitchen door and there is a pen and a fancy note pad in the top drawer of my desk in the study. Peter and I will help Willie. When you finished, lock up, we will wait in the pick up at the front gate” “I do not know the alarm code.” Max said walking towards the kitchen for the brown paper bag. “12345” Santa answered.
